
Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports using Excel to track data and analyze information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide administrative support to team members and executives, as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree mandatory
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
