**Job description**

**JOB TITLE Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Coordinating office activities, Manage diary and schedule meetings.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
- Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and Power Point Presentations.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work experience as an Executive Administrative /Front Desk Executive

**Probation Period**:Three months

**Salary Compensation**: Monetary compensation up to Rs. 18,000 to 22,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
