As we scale, we're expanding our core team and looking for passionate individuals who want to shape the future of events.
We're looking for someone who knows the event and brand marketing space inside out, and is well networked in:
• Event/Experiential agencies
• Brand teams running BTL, MICE, and Activations
• Agency planners, servicing leads, or BTL teams
You might be:
- Someone with client servicing or partnership experience at top event agencies
- A brand-side marketer who's managed events and activations
- On a career break, sabbatical, or shifting gears from on-ground execution to a more flexible role
- A professional re-entering the workforce — focused on impact over hours
- A freelancer or consultant looking for more stability in a full-time role without giving up autonomy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads through your network and outbound channels
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of active and potential clients
- Lead demos and conversations with event agencies and brand teams to understand their needs
- Close deals efficiently and consistently work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Manage end-to-end client servicing, from onboarding to post-sale relationship management
- Act as the face of our platform — helping decision-makers adopt smarter tools
- Work cross-functionally with tech, design, and content teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and CRM updates
- Proactively resolve issues and troubleshoot challenges to maintain high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with product and marketing on market feedback
- Drive retention by building long-term, value-driven partnerships
- Stay on top of event industry trends, client campaigns, and category-specific movements
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2–5 years of dedicated experience in event sales, overall industry experience could be higher, spanning event marketing, BTL activations, and client solutions.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate (Any specialization)
- Preferred - Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related fields
KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of how event campaigns are planned, pitched, and executed
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Zoom demos, and WhatsApp communications (we're happy to help you upskill, if needed)
- A self-starter mindset with empathy for the high-pressure, fast-moving environment of event execution
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi, or another relevant regional language
