Position / Role Title
AMC Sales Support
Job description
The Sales Support function plays a crucial role in enabling the Sales Team to perform effectively by managing backend processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role acts as a key liaison between the Sales Team and various internal departments, facilitating the smooth execution of the sales cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination:
Support the Sales Team by coordinating client interactions, managing meeting follow-ups, and preparing sales presentations or proposals. - Documentation Management:
Assist in accurate and timely completion of client onboarding documents, investment forms, and KYC compliance as per regulatory requirements. - Internal Liaison:
Work closely with operations, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handling of sales-related activities and issue resolution. - Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales leads, and generate regular MIS reports for the sales leadership. - Client Communication:
Respond to basic client queries, provide product or process information, and ensure prompt resolution or escalation to relevant teams. - Marketing Support:
Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, sales kits, product notes, and event logistics for distributor or client engagements. - Compliance Coordination:
Ensure all sales processes adhere to internal compliance policies and SEBI regulations.

Role Requirement
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Finance)
4–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within AMC
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Understanding of mutual fund or investment product sales processes is a plus
