Pragati Systems is seeking an experienced Recruitment & HR Manager to oversee recruitment, training, performance management, compliance, and employee relations for its expanding furniture manufacturing division. The role requires managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforce while building scalable HR systems aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring strategies across all levels, implement structured evaluation methods, and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Training & Development: Organize induction, skill enhancement, and leadership programs.
  • Performance Management: Establish KPI-driven appraisal systems, link reviews to rewards & career growth.
  • Employee Relations: Act as first point of contact for grievances, foster teamwork & inclusive culture.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to Factories Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity Act & other statutory norms in MP.
  • HR Planning: Track HR metrics, support digital HR initiatives, and prepare management reports.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent with 7-10 years experience (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse workforce.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Hands-on with ERP/HRMS tools and MS Office.
