Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and forecast trends specific to the EdTech sector.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, ensuring collaboration and innovation.
  • Set clear KPIs for team members and ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Performance Marketing:
  • Plan, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize the cost per lead (CPL) and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Content Marketing & SEO:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and educational content tailored to the EdTech audience.
  • Drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and blog/article management.
  • Brand Building & Social Media Management:
  • Enhance brand visibility and reputation through innovative social media campaigns and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to social media trends and ensure a strong presence across platforms.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM:
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) to streamline campaigns and track performance.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM for lead nurturing and retention campaigns.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Regularly track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships:
  • Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Build partnerships with industry influencers and educational organizations to expand reach.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns in the EdTech space.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, data visualization, and A/B testing.
  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Creative & Analytical Thinking:
  • Innovative approach to problem-solving with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and emerging digital trends.
