Job Title:

Digital Marketing Head

Job Location:

Coimbatore (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement, aligning with business objectives.

  2. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

  3. Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, product, and creative teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

  4. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (paid social, email, search engine marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing) to maximize ROI.

  5. Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform future marketing decisions.

  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, external partners, and agencies.

  7. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns.

  2. Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid social, email, search engine marketing, and content marketing.

  3. Experience with marketing automation platforms (MAPs), CRM systems, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.

  5. Strong business acumen, with ability to connect digital marketing efforts to overall business objectives.

  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., data science platforms, machine learning).

  2. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms (MAPs), and customer data platforms (CDPs).

  3. Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) or MBA/Marketing degree.

  4. Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing budgets and teams.
