Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a fresher, you will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with CRM is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
