- Tech Savvy: Utilize modern recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-driven sourcing platforms, and data analytics, to streamline recruitment processes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the campus recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA from the batch of 2022 or 2023 is mandatory.
- Experience: Internship or full-time experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably with exposure to campus hiring.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in using recruitment technologies, including ATS, sourcing tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Passion for Talent: Deep interest in identifying and developing early-career talent and an understanding of the university recruitment landscape.
