Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech + CampusAt Avataar, we are re-imagining product discovery for e- commerce with the power of spatial depth. We recently announced our $45 million Series-B funding from top-tier global investors, including Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital.What You Will Do:Build effective sourcing strategies targeting multiple candidate channels, and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than compensation.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing candidate management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company.Develop expertise in domain knowledge, understand business strategy, and drive innovative ways of attracting talent.Be involved in pipeline generation, building hiring strategies, interview process management, offer management, and stakeholder management.Work with HR teams across geographies to align initiatives and maximize collaboration.Manage various projects to continuously improve TA practices and enhance the candidate experience.Lead campus recruitment initiatives, including collaboration with university placement cells, conducting pre-placement talks, and organizing on-campus recruitment drives.What We Look For:2-6 years of experience in recruitment from tech/ startup product companies.Experience in hiring tech and product talentProven experience in campus recruitment, including collaboration with educational institutions and participation in campus hiring events.Excellent communication skills.Agile, adaptable, and able to deal positively with ambiguity.Hands-on experience hiring from platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, AngelList, Dribble, and Behance.Familiarity with Chrome extensions.What’s in It for You?If you have the relevant skills and experience for this role, and an insatiable urge to learn and build a global business in the deep tech enterprise SaaS space, this opportunity with competitive pay is waiting for you
