Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech + Campus

At Avataar, we are re-imagining product discovery for e- commerce with the power of spatial depth. What You Will Do:

  • Build effective sourcing strategies targeting multiple candidate channels, and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than compensation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing candidate management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
  • Develop expertise in domain knowledge, understand business strategy, and drive innovative ways of attracting talent.
  • Be involved in pipeline generation, building hiring strategies, interview process management, offer management, and stakeholder management.
  • Work with HR teams across geographies to align initiatives and maximize collaboration.
  • Manage various projects to continuously improve TA practices and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Lead campus recruitment initiatives, including collaboration with university placement cells, conducting pre-placement talks, and organizing on-campus recruitment drives.

What We Look For:

  • 2-6 years of experience in recruitment from tech/ startup product companies.
  • Experience in hiring tech and product talent
  • Proven experience in campus recruitment, including collaboration with educational institutions and participation in campus hiring events.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to deal positively with ambiguity.
  • Hands-on experience hiring from platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, AngelList, Dribble, and Behance.
  • Familiarity with Chrome extensions.
