Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Creative Workflows with AI: Support designers, copywriters, and video editors by using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to create drafts, visuals, or copy aligned with brand briefs.
  • Prompt Engineering: Learn and practice writing effective prompts for text, image, and video generators to produce on-brief outputs.
  • Experiment & Prototype: Help in building small AI-driven concept demos and mockups that bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Workflow Support: Use AI to speed up repetitive tasks like content drafts, transcripts, or initial image editing.
  • Research New Tools: Stay updated on new AI platforms, test them, and share quick findings or demos with the team.
  • Documentation & Guidelines: Assist in creating "how-to" guides and simple best practices for team members to use AI tools effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative, marketing and strategy teams, sharing AI-enabled ideas and learning how to apply feedback to AI outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic AI Tool Familiarity: Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Runway (coursework, projects, or personal use).
  • Creative Mindset: Interest in design, storytelling, and content creation with the ability to think imaginatively.
  • Curiosity & Adaptability: Eagerness to explore new AI tools and experiment with their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain your process and collaborate with non-technical and creative team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Willingness to iterate and troubleshoot AI outputs to make them useful for projects.
