Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Managethe entire recruitment process for sales officers and Team Managers(TMs) from sourcing candidates toonboarding.

- Conducttraining sessions for new joiners in collaboration with theLearning & Development (L&D) team focusing ongeography mapping source management and customer relationshipskills.

Requirements
- Provenexperience in mortgage or home loan sales with demonstratedleadership capabilities.
