Responsibilities:


ConsultingLeadership:

Ledandmanagedateamof4to5BFSIconsultantsensuringhighperformancelevelsandclientsatisfaction.

Providestrategicguidancetotheteamindeliveringeffectiveconsultingservices.


ClientEngagement:

AcquireCultivateandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithBFSIclients.

Understandclientneedsandcollaboratewiththeteamtodeveloptailoredsolutions.


ProjectManagement:

Overseethe planning execution and delivery of consulting projects withinthe BFSI sector.Ensureprojectsarecompletedontimewithinscopeandmeetorexceedclientexpectations.


StrategicPlanning:

CollaboratewithseniormanagementtodevelopandimplementstrategicplansfortheBFSIconsultingteam.

Contributetothedevelopmentofinnovativesolutionstoaddressclientchallenges.


TeamDevelopment:

Fosteracollaborativeandinnovativeteamculture.

Identifytraininganddevelopmentneedsforteammembersandprovidecoachingandmentoring.


MarketResearchandAnalysis:

StayabreastofindustrytrendsregulationsandmarketdevelopmentswithintheBFSIsector.Conductmarketresearchandanalysistoidentifyopportunitiesforbusinessgrowth.

Identifyopportunitiesforrevenuegrowthandcostoptimization.


P&LManagement:

AsaTeamManageryouwillberesponsibleforgeneratingrevenueforoneselfandtheTeamAccountabilityforachievingmonthly/quarterlyrevenue

MBAin Financeor GeneralManagement
