Business Development Executive

Are you a budding Business Development Professional with a passion for performing at your best in building a network of clients, eagerly looking out for the right company to be a part of? We have exciting and rewarding opportunities for Business Development Executives (BDEs) in our Office. We are looking for intelligent and analytical sales candidates, who are excited about rewards and have a passion for prospecting and learning new skills. The successful candidates should have proven experience in prospecting and selling BPO/IT services to prospects in US & Canada.
2-8 years of sales experience in selling BPO/IT services to companies in the US and Canada
Proven ability to set up conference calls and present to decision-makers
Must be a true hunter with excellent prospecting, presentation, and pipeline-building skills
Demonstrable track records of meeting sales quota and acquiring new logos
Ability to provide sales training and coaching to BDEs and lead by example
Must be a proactive team player who will do what needs to be done with minimum supervision
Conduct disciplined and intelligent research into prospect companies to find high-value prospects
Proactively learn and implement prospecting techniques as per sales methodology
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
Experience in setting up conference calls/face-to-face meetings with decision-makers in the US and Canada
Only BDEs with relevant prospecting skills and experience will be considered
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a related field with 2 - 8 year of experience in SaaS/IT/BPO Sales would be an added bonus.

Compensation - As Per Premium Industry Standards and current CTC
Location - Navalur, Chennai, TN. (Work from Office)
