Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies exclusively focused on offline channels to meet company goals and drive sales growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and capitalize on opportunities in traditional offline channels, including national retail chains, new retail outlets, gyms, salons, and nutraceutical/supplement shops.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the offline marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across various traditional channels for maximum ROI.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional media, including print, radio, TV, and events, with the goal of increasing brand visibility and driving offline sales.
  • Offline Sales Growth: Develop and execute robust offline marketing strategies, working closely with sales teams to leverage traditional media and retail partnerships to expand our presence and increase sales in offline markets.
  • CRM Strategy: Implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty within offline channels, leveraging data and feedback to refine the offline customer journey.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key performance metrics for offline campaigns, providing actionable insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in campaign management and team leadership focused on offline sales across traditional retail channels.
  • Preferable to have experience in building and executing sales and marketing strategies for nutraceuticals in traditional offline channels, including national chains, new retail, traditional retail, gyms, salons, and nutraceutical/supplement shops.
  • Experience in the FMCG & Nutraceuticals sectors is highly desirable.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing strategies, tools, and analytics, with a particular focus on offline sales growth.
  • Proficiency in traditional media planning and execution tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinking in the context of offline sales and marketing.
