Job Title: Loan Sales Officer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and sell loan products to meet and exceed sales targets. 2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs, provide tailored loan solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Loan Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with loan products, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers. 4. Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. 5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures, and maintain a high level of risk awareness. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, and use data analytics to inform sales strategies. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and business development skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4.
