Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures, and maintain a high level of risk awareness. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, and use data analytics to inform sales strategies. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and business development skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4.
