Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Narayana Infra in Hyderabad, Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in telecalling roles within the real estate industry. This is a full-time position where exceptional communication skills are mandatory to succeed in engaging potential clients and driving sales. Proven experience with cold calling techniques to identify and engage prospective clients effectively in the competitive real estate market. Familiarity with CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain detailed records of communications and transactions. Demonstrated ability and experience in real estate sales to understand product offerings and customer needs. Strong negotiation skills to help close deals favorably while maintaining positive client relationships. Experience in lead generation, utilizing various methods to identify new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Sound telemarketing skills to promote real estate offerings persuasively over phone calls and drive engagement. Capable in sales pitching to deliver convincing presentations and convey value propositions effectively to potential clients. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain accurate and updated records on customer interactions using CRM software tools. Engage in negotiations with clients to close sales agreements that benefit both parties and foster lasting relationships. Generate and follow up on leads by identifying and responding to new business opportunities. Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets and expanding market reach. Deliver informative and engaging sales pitches to prospective clients to highlight the advantages of our real estate products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally. Continuously study industry trends to improve sales techniques and stay competitive in the real estate market. Conduct cold calls to potential clients in order to promote Narayana Infra's real estate offerings and secure meetings.
