Job Description:

This is an entry or junior level position for the “Research” team within the “Marketing” function. The purpose is to support sales, practice, delivery and marketing by working on areas like market intelligence, account-based marketing initiatives, industry trends, events, news, custom research reports, marketing automation tools and other defined research assignments.

Responsibilities:

Proactive gathering, analysing, and communication of market data, trends and intelligenceBuild & deliver “account, contact & industry level intelligence” by performing research activitiesIdentify, capture, analyse and prepare data OR insights with relevant information & intelCoordinate and collaborate to understand research assignments & it’s working methodologyExecute & deliver outputs as per agreed timelines and quality of deliverablesUse of marketing automation, sales intelligence & other tools to achieve objectivesUpdate internal repository with research & other artefacts on weekly basisActive participation in knowledge sharing & ideation sessions to improve overall throughputDevelop a sound knowledge of our IT services, verticals, solutions & target market

Desired Profile:

2-4 years of working experience in B2B IT services sector

(Fresher not required)Education: - Graduate or PG or Pursuing MBA (Marketing / IT / International Business)Excellent written and verbal communication skills – EnglishPassionate about Digital Marketing / Tools / Sales Enablement / Intelligent Research/ Gen AIResults driven, confident, self-motivated, team player with willingness to learn

Candidates will be preferred if they have

: -Fair knowledge & understanding of

B2B research in IT Services Industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook) & open keyword-based researchAnalytical & creative thinking with the goal of adding valueAny relevant certification in B2B market research, research tools, Gen AI & others
