The role in a gist:
As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be Compliance Manager. Sounds like you? Read more on what we are looking for in the role.
What you will work on:
Assist the Board to implement the compliance policy
Identify the compliance risk
Monitor & test compliance of regulatory/supervisor direction given by performing compliance testing
Compliance with other regulatory too
Constitution of a Compliance Department
The ideal candidate:
Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
Possess good interpersonal skills and maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Should be professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties, keeping in mind the objectives of the business.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding drafting skills and strong negotiation skills
Qualification and Experience:
4+ years of relevant experience in NBFC and Lending space
Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute with a good academic record
Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably in with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector
Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI compliance, etc.
