Role Description
This Social Compliance Manager role will support our efforts to prioritize and meet social responsibility requirements in all aspects of our operations. This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing social compliance programs and policies
Monitoring supplier compliance and conducting facility audits
Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
Providing training and guidance to employees on social responsibility and compliance issues
Ensuring all products meet ethical sourcing and sustainability standards

Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in social compliance, sustainability, or related field
Experience with conducting facility audits and monitoring supplier compliance
Excellent knowledge of social responsibility standards and regulations
Strong research, data analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Audit certificates (SA8000, WRAP, Fairtrade, Sedex, etc.) is a plus
Fluency in English and Hindi is required, additional language proficiency would be an asset.
