  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing facilities/events and invoicing for premises of at least
    80,000 sq. ft
    or up to
    500 employees
    .
  • Ensure upkeep of premises with a
    clean and hygienic workplace
    .
  • Maintain all
    soft services checklists
    in coordination with the facility team.
  • Ensure
    efficient pest control
    around and inside the premises.
  • Able to
    analyze, plan, and implement work procedures
    for the facility team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong
    operational knowledge of Microsoft Office
    (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Forms, etc.).
  • Prepare, analyze, and create
    dashboards
    from available data.
  • Excellent communication skills
    to interact at all organizational levels and respond to employee and management queries regarding facilities and services.
  • Experience in
    invoice processing
    , compliance, and collecting
    NDCs
    from vendors/service partners.
  • Maintain
    MIS for all consumables
    .
  • Experience in
    handling VIP guests/clients
    .
  • Coordinate with
    hotels/resorts for corporate events
    .
  • Experience in
    planning and executing corporate events
    .
