Lead Generation Specialist – Software Products

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with very good understanding of social media marketing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our software products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and other marketing methods to effectively reach and engage potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies : Design and execute lead generation plans, including digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media) and traditional marketing efforts (events, networking, print media) to meet or exceed specified lead targets.
- Manage Marketing Campaigns : Oversee all stages of campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization with a focus on maximizing ROI and lead quality.
- Content Creation : Collaborate with content creators and use AI tools to generate relevant content to develop compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on lead generation metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research : Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on objectives, exchange insights on lead quality, and refine lead nurturing processes.
- Lead Nurturing : Implement lead nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel to conversion, enhancing customer engagement and retention.
- Vendor and Tool Management : Manage relationships with external vendors and tools for executing marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with budget and company standards.
- Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure all lead generation activities comply with legal standards and company policies, employing best practices in data handling and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering + Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Experience : At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong Understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, X).
- Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creativity : Innovative thinking to develop new lead generation tactics and solve problems creatively.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
