 Sales Manager- Korean desk  is responsible for driving focused sales of our service apartments to Korean expatriates and professionals in India.


You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with corporate clients , Korean expatriates .

This is an exciting mid senior level opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of India’s leading provider of serviced accommodation for expats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new markets and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize .
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with Corporate clients , Relocation agencies and Embassies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and show around to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations , Guest Relations, Procurement and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.
