Assistant Vice President, Collections

Will be pointpersonsfor all collections inquiries coming across for primarily APAC companies but will support the rest of the world as needed
Will assist with all RFP and RFI requests that come across for APAC/rest of world collections opportunities
Will assist with all onboarding clients as deals are won
Will become service line point person which includes process mapping, individual country solutions and managing the final solution report out process for the client
Will work closely with the account managers and sales managers to respond to inquiries for POV’s /POC’s
Will work with the account managers to be proactive on reaching out to current clients and prospective clients to maintain relationships and to provide them market updates
Will partner with the broader global service line team to address opportunities in the Cora offerings for APAC specifically
Must have a solid working knowledge of the regulatory landscape throughout
APAC/rest of worldDevelop and maintain strong relationship with the operations teams and keep current on their performance for our clients
Create thought leadership documents to be shared with clients or published on social media or traditional media.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / SkillsBachelor’s Degree
Relevant years of experience in Collections leadership
Understands APAC regulatory landscape
Strong understanding of collections strategy, technology and tactics
Knowledgeable and experienced in using technology to conduct collections
Ability to use MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Strong experience in delivering presentations to senior members of an organization
Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsMultilingual
BPO experience or vendor management experience
Experience in multiple departments within collections
