Position: Accounts and Audit Staff

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm

**Age**: Not more than 30-32 years

**Education**: B.Com (Hon),CA Inter

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting audits of financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Preparing audit working papers, reports, and findings in a comprehensive and organized manner.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and finalization of audit assignments.
- Reviewing financial statements and accompanying documentation to identify discrepancies or areas of concern.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of audit projects.
- Analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and investigating irregularities or discrepancies.
- Providing guidance and recommendations to clients regarding financial and regulatory matters.
- Managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and offering expert advice on tax, accounting, and financial matters.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards, tax laws, and regulations.
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of TDS, GST, and ROC returns.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations.
- Participating in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Com (Hon), CA Inter**
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a Chartered Accountancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in handling TDS, GST, ROC compliance, and related regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficient in relevant accounting and audit software/tools.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Should not be pursuing any form of education while in this role.
- Age should not exceed 32 years.
