If you'd like to help us build a place where everyone can find and buy anything online in the region, this is your chance to make history.What will the role look like?You will:Establish and maintain productive working relationships with current and potential sellers inUAE.Achieve successful first-time resolutions on all seller interactions.Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting sellers/ partners.Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, or Payments teams as andwhen required to resolve Seller’s issues and queries.Outbound calling is required for this role.Attributes to succeed in the roleSkills experiences and behaviors requiredCompetencies and skills required Must have:Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic will score you extra points. Beingtrilingual would be incredible)Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Keen logical reasoning and analytical skills. Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy interacting with key stakeholders of theorganization on a daily basis.Good interpersonal skills. Great team player.Planning, prioritization and time-management skills.Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
