HR Operations Intern

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

Working Schedule: 6 days a week, from the office

Internship Period: 6 months.

Post Internship: Based on successful completion of the internship period and overall behavior of an Intern, it will then get converted to full-time employment.

Role Overview: FuelBuddy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our human resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The intern will support the HR department with various operational and administrative tasks, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction & orientation coordination, and file management. Support the offboarding process for departing employees.

  • Documentation: Help maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.

  • Database Management: Update and manage employee data in our HR Information System (HRIS).

  • Policy & Process Support: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

  • Helpdesk: Manage helpdesk, employee queries and grievance. Provide proactive support to the employee.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day queries.

  • Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing recruitment-related documentation.

  • Support in Employee engagement, Learning & Development and other HR activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field.

  • Some prior experience or knowledge in HR operations is essential.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Must be an immediate joiner and able to work from our Gurgaon office on a 6-day workweek schedule.

  • Use own laptop for work purpose.
