Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Operations Coordinator - Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in managing HR operations, including employee data management, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.

Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including document verification and setting up employee accounts.

Policy Implementation:

  • Help in communicating and implementing HR policies and procedures across teams.

Compliance Support:

  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and company guidelines.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining proper documentation for audits and reviews.

HR Systems Management:

  • Learn and support HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Employee Support:

  • Address employee queries related to HR operations and escalate issues as necessary.

Process Improvement:

  • Participate in identifying and implementing improvements to HR operational processes.

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
