Role Overview:

The Professional will play a critical role in managing and overseeing legal matters related to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other related regulatory bodies. This position requires a thorough understanding of the legal and procedural requirements of the NCLT, as well as the ability to manage complex cases and ensure compliance with corporate laws.Key Responsibilities:

Legal Representation and Case Management:

Represent KLJ Group in NCLT proceedings and other regulatory forums. Prepare and file petitions, replies, and other legal documents with the NCLT. Manage and oversee ongoing cases, including scheduling hearings and preparing case strategies.Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the NCLT. Provide legal advice and support on matters related to corporate restructuring, insolvency, and other regulatory issues. Monitor changes in regulations and advise on their impact on the company’s operations.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and correspondence. Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management on ongoing cases and legal developments.Liaison and Coordination: Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders. Work closely with internal departments, including finance and compliance, to ensure alignment with legal requirements.Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on NCLT-related matters and compliance requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and legal practices to enhance the team’s knowledge base.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree or relevant post-graduate qualifications would be advantageous.Skills: In-depth knowledge of the NCLT processes and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Proficiency in legal research and documentation.What We Offer:
