We are looking for a results-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

with up to 3 years of experience in managing lead generation, app download campaigns, and eCommerce ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a proven track record in crafting end-to-end customer journeys to drive conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:• Campaign Management:• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation, app download campaigns, and eCommerce ads across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, targeting, and creative elements.• Customer Journey Planning:• Design and implement comprehensive customer journeys that align with campaign goals for apps, eCommerce platforms, and lead generation.• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to enhance the user experience and ensure seamless transitions across touchpoints.• Analytics and Reporting:• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.• Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving ROI and reducing acquisition costs.• Budget Management:• Allocate and optimize campaign budgets for lead generation, app downloads, and eCommerce ads to achieve the best results.• Stay Updated:• Keep abreast of trends i n performance marketing, including app install strategies and eCommerce advertising best practices.

Qualifications:• 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in:• Lead generation campaigns• App download campaigns• eCommerce ads• Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tracking software.• Experience in optimizing app install campaigns (CPI/CPA) and running dynamic ads for eCommerce platforms.• Familiarity with remarketing strategies and conversion rate optimization.• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.• Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
