We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running highly effective paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and Google Ads , with a proven ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns. You will leverage your knowledge of audience targeting, bid strategies, A/B testing, and campaign analytics to deliver impactful results for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Instagram , Facebook (Meta) , and Google Ads .
  • Create and execute paid media strategies that align with business goals, driving traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on platform-specific trends, best practices, and new features within Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve optimal results within given financial constraints.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience running Facebook (Meta), Instagram , and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies , digital marketing principles , and performance analytics .
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and other relevant advertising tools.
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing , landing page optimization , and conversion tracking .
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , and other performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • (Optional) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
