Job Title: HR Intern
Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department with various tasks and projects. This internship offers a hands-on experience in the field of HR, allowing you to gain valuable insight into HR processes and practices.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance:
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents and assisting with orientation sessions.
Help in collecting and organizing new hire paperwork.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing data as needed.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Coordinate training logistics such as scheduling, venue setup, and materials preparation.
Employee Engagement:
Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Compliance Support:
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with relevant regulations.
Help in conducting audits and maintaining compliance records.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
Duration and Location:
This internship is a 3 month commitment, located at Ahmedabad
