Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations and functions of the company. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of training and development programs
  • Proficient in HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
