Vice President of ProductAbout the Role:We are seeking a

Director of Product Management

to lead the Product Team in executing a strategic roadmap that drives business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and design to execution and performance assessment. This role requires a

product-led mindset , balancing customer success with managing requests, while driving growth through a clear product strategy.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the

product roadmap

for core SaaS products, aligning with business objectives.Lead and mentor a

team of Product Managers and Analysts , fostering a high-performance culture.Oversee the

end-to-end product lifecycle , from research and design to go-to-market strategies.Drive cross-functional collaboration with

Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing .Develop business plans, prioritize product and engineering work, and maintain

visibility into trade-offs .Set and track key

performance metrics (KPIs)

to measure product success and impact.Conduct

market research and competitive analysis

to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.Ensure

seamless product launches

by implementing best practices in product management methodologies.Act as the

primary liaison

for internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and key customers.Core Competencies & Requirements:

10+ years

of experience in Product Management, with expertise in

enterprise SaaS solutions .

4+ years

leading and managing

product teams

in a fast-paced, agile environment. Proven ability to

develop and implement processes

that drive

business transformation and growth . Strong

stakeholder management

and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple teams. Experience in

developing business cases , prioritization frameworks, and strategic planning. Hands-on expertise with

agile methodologies

and tools like

Jira, Confluence, and Aha . Experience in

B2B product management

is highly desirable. Knowledge of

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) software

or experience in the

hospitality industry
