Job Summary : The Community/ORM Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage and enhance our brand's community and online reputation. This role involves active engagement with online communities, monitoring and responding to users, and implementing tactics to improve client satisfaction and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to community management and online reputation enhancement.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive ORM strategies for clients to enhance their online presence and reputation.

• Monitor client mentions across social media, review sites, forums, and other online platforms.

• Respond promptly and professionally to positive and negative feedback, ensuring a consistent and positive brand voice.

• Engage with online communities to foster relationships and build loyal engaging users.

• Create and manage content for client social media accounts to support community engagement.

• Analyze online sentiment and provide regular reports to clients on reputation trends and community feedback.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align ORM strategies with broader marketing campaigns.

• Identify opportunities for proactive community engagement and reputation enhancement.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in community management and online reputation management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media, or online reputation management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online review sites, and digital communication tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Proactive, positive attitude with a passion for engaging and growing online communities.

• Experience with social media management and monitoring tools (e.g., Melt Water, Sprout Social, Sprinklr).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
