Job title: Senior Manager – PR (Digital)

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to shape and deliver the Digital Marketing Strategy, Campaign strategy, Business development, Lead generation, ORM.

• Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, and display networks

• Builds sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring regular beat of quality storytelling and real time content

• Shares data -driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimising for conversion

• Organises, builds and engages with powerful custom audiences that aligns with target audience segments strategy, including high clout influencers

• Uses social media monitoring platforms, is the eyes and ears for crisis communications management on social media

• Maintains all website content, including working Case Studies, Thought Leadership and Blogs, enhancing our searchability using SEO best practice

• Manages and executes targeted email marketing strategy, optimising engagement, and growth

• Manages agencies/partners in optimising our Search and Paid Strategy and performance
