You will be responsible for conducting market research, crafting product strategies, and ensuring alignment with market demands. Collaborative engagement with cross-functional teams and clients will be essential to achieve growth and product excellence.QualificationsProficiency in Product Strategy and Product ManagementStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance and market trendsExceptional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersExperience in conducting Market Research to identify emerging trends and opportunitiesProven ability to lead and engineer innovative approaches to product developmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plusExperience in the manufacturing or forgings industry is preferred
