From documentary films and corporate videos to event coverage, wedding films, and viral social media content, we bring ideas to life through cinematic storytelling and digital strategy.Please Read Before Applying- This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.- Remote, freelance, or part-time applications will not be considered.- We are looking for experienced candidates only—with proven results in growing and managing content-rich social pages.✅ What You'll Do- Assist the development of content strategies and social calendars tailored to Instagram and YouTube.- Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT) for content research, planning, and production.- Script and storyboard videos for YouTube, corporate films, events, weddings, and social media.- Collaborate with editors, designers, photographers, and videographers to execute content production.- Manage content production across formats: video, carousels, stories, captions, tweets, blogs.- Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags—in English and Hinglish—for various formats.- Repurpose long-form content into engaging shorts, reels, and stories.- Monitor social trends, analytics, and platform updates to inform content and strategy.- Be accountable for delivering results: engagement, growth, and reach.- Run ad campaigns and boost content performance with paid social strategies(optional).Technical Skills Required- 3–5 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.- Proven track record of growing Instagram and/or YouTube accounts with real metrics.- Proficiency with tools like Canva Pro, social scheduling apps, analytics dashboards (YouTube Studio, Meta Suite).- Fluency in Hindi & English—both written and spoken.- Strong grasp of content research, platform-specific strategies, and trend tracking.- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools for prompt engineering and automation.- Ability to design quick-turnaround creatives and edit media (Photoshop/Lightroom a bonus).- Experience in running ads and campaign optimization(optional).Non-Technical Skills- Honest, dependable, and driven.- Highly creative and visually literate.- Organized with excellent time and project management.- Quick learner, especially with AI and new tech tools.- Comfortable managing multiple content projects.- Excellent collaborator and communicator.- A passion for storytelling, digital trends, and platforms.- Bonus: A love for travel, food, and adventure content.Ideal Candidate SnapshotYou’re a strategist and creator in one—capable of planning a month-long campaign while also scripting, shooting, and producing a killer reel.
