The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors. Role: Retail Business Head Build & Lead the offline Grade Trade Business for a region Responsibilities · Build the strategy to manage & drive primary sales forGeneral Trade for a Region · Create an efficient distribution network for sales · Own the complete P& L of the regional business and drive profit targets through successful leadership, organizational plans and execution of all field operations. · Build and lead a high performing sales team · Leverage market data, statistics and trends to initiate new business plans and revenue streams and oversee their execution Qualification · MBA with experience of 6+years · Should have led sales for FMCG brands · Strong analytical skills · Strong leadership skill · Thorough and organized · Start-up enthusiast Work Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon Website: Instagram:
