This is a full-time on-site role for a resource management specialist at CBL Solutions in Hyderabad. The Resource Management Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to resource allocation, analysis, communication, finance, and training to ensure efficient use of resources within the organization.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Resource Management Specialist to oversee the onboarding and preparation of consultants for job placements, particularly in technologies like MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Data Engineering, Java, .Net, and Kafka. This role focuses on resume creation, job application training, and overall resource management, ensuring that consultants are effectively positioned for success in the job market.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultant Onboarding and Resume Preparation (1 Week)

  • Resume Development: Create tailored resumes for consultants, detailing their recent projects and including relevant technical keywords on the first two pages. Taking Market situations into account and active bench. For example, for DE resume, I would put client and locations of financial clients that are hiring at this moment, so that we can target local vendor working with the end client and our cons will have high chance of getting interview.
  • Training on Recruitment Processes: Educate consultants on the role of recruiters and the CBL submission process to set clear expectations.
  • Vendor Call Training: Conduct training on managing vendor calls and coordinate feedback sessions through recorded evaluations in the Signal app group.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement a rating system to provide weekly feedback to consultants, maintaining this evaluation even as they progress to further stages.

2. Account Setup and Job Application Training

  • Recruiter Assignment: Assign each consultant to a dedicated recruiter who will guide them through the job application and submission processes.
  • Email and Social Media Management: Set up professional email and social media accounts for consultants, including access controls for offshore teams. Ensure security by linking recovery options to the recruiting head.
  • Vendor Account Configuration: Create and manage vendor accounts in the consultant’s browser, facilitating job applications.
  • Job Application Oversight: Train consultants to submit at least 20 job applications daily via the consultant browser and monitor recruiters to ensure they log in to all portals, targeting 80 submissions.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, resource management, or consultant coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with job application processes and recruitment best practices, especially for roles in MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Data Engineering, Java, .Net, and Kafka.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
