Job Description
Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Executive (Male) to join our team at Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams for seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Male candidates only.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Technical or related field.
- Proven experience in sales (solar/renewable energy sector experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
