Company Description:

DoMyWork Media is a Mumbai-based Content marketing company that provides customised content based video production services for commercial, corporate, CSR films, animations, and any and all digital content engagement. Founded in 2019, DMW Media has established a reputation for exceptional services and counts reputed brands such as Viacom, MTV, Nickelodeon, Jio Cinema, Times Music, and AU Bank among its clientele. We are largely into Video production for Live events and Music videos as well have expanded across non fiction ads content.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Client Servicing Manager to act as the bridge between our company and our clients. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction with our services, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.

2. Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, communicating between internal teams and clients.

3. Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback, monitor client satisfaction, and report on service metrics.

4. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.

5. Problem Resolution: Address client issues with speed and efficiency, aiming to improve the overall client experience.

6. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with clients.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field, preferably in the media or advertising sector. (Is a must)

• Strong understanding of the media production process and client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• High level of professionalism and customer-oriented mindset.


Bonus points:

  • Experience in an A grade media agency with blue chip clients is a plus.
  • Network of established relationships within the media industry.
