Job Overview:

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. Folks Digital Marketing Team is looking for a Digital Marketing Head to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for multiple clients. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital Marketing Head will work with the marketing team and supporting teams and will be actively involved in client coordination & communication. (MUST have strong written and oral communication skills)


Responsibilities and duties:


A. Planning, Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of the digital marketing department's long- and short-term SEO and paid search marketing strategies supporting the overall business goals within the organization.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Strong SEO on-page & off-page knowledge and its effective implementation. Must know how to work independently with as well as without developers. Set up and manage website tracking, analytics, and reporting. Manage SEO team and delegation of tasks on daily basis.
  • Strong hands-on PPC knowledge. Deliver in-depth analysis and action plans around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies and more. Optimize account performance through the ongoing effort of keyword expansion, ad copy testing, campaign structure improvement, and bid management.
  • Oversee the implementation of social media strategy and manage the company’s social media team and accounts with regular updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages and user funnels.
  • Lead all digital initiatives as directed by the management team.
  • Attend regular meetings with management and report on strategic initiatives.
  • Good knowledge on PPC (Google Ads) campaign and Social Media Ads Campaign.

B. Client Communication:

  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to create and present initiatives, tests, plans, and results.


C. Organizational Culture Skills :

  • Create an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to drive engagement, foster growth, and encourage development among the team


Skills:

This role is best suited to someone who is self-motivated, able to work alone or in a team, and is detail-oriented and can manage the occasional pressure that comes with deadline-oriented work. While we are open to digital marketers who has a different approach, below is a list of skills we are looking for:

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing team, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Experience in managing a team of 20+ members


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have,

  • Total 10+ years of experience including Managerial Role in the same field.
  • Have 8+ years in SEO & PPC.
  • Demonstrate 4+ years experience growing and coaching a high performing team in Digital Marketing domain.
  • Be a strategic partner with the ability to develop program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders.
