Job Purpose:

To manage support function to all application users on functional queries, Business Continuity Planning coordination for all Retail operations, MIS generation for any regulatory requirements or specific critical business needs from any retail application and manage the report development for Fincon Business Intelligence Unit (BIU).

Job Description:

Identifying and implementing automation processes as part of User support to eliminate manual efforts o Identify areas of improvement and scope for reduction of calls.

Ensuring timely reconciliation of entries by having effective review mechanism and escalating to vendor/IT.

Application Functional Support

- Ensuring Production Support of various retail banking applications used by more than 60000 users across- branches.- Ensuring immediate, effective and efficient application support.- Managing escalations as part of support function.

MIS Support

- Ensuring necessary MIS are provided on time and to act as a business enabler.- Ensuring the projects are delivered as per the agreed SLA with quality and fine-tuned scripts.- Ensuring periodical MIS are published with accurate values and within the stipulated timelines.

Master Maintenances

- Ensuring periodic and correct execution of master data basis the requisite approvals received.

Access Management

- Ensuring access to production servers are granted on need basis with appropriate requests logs.- Ensuring timely backups are in place.

BCP Co-ordination

- Implementation of BCP for all Retail Operations functions (Liability, Asset, Direct banking, DP, Custody, Credit Cards, BPRG Application Support).- Ensuring existence of operations effectiveness in shifting the activities to alternative location in case of any disaster at their site where identified critical processes are being executed, in order to avoid any customer, financial, regulatory or reputational impact for the organization.- Ensuring necessary sign offs are in place for the identified critical activities and recovery plan strategy documents

- People Management which includes Resource planning, training, mentoring, Career planning, Job sizing- Periodic review of open items and discussion with stake holders for logical closure.- Identify areas of improving efficiency and automation and enable operations in improving efficiency and productivity- Manage escalations and ensure incidents are managed effectively.- Ensuring implementation of archival solutions for the identified applications.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS (Education, technical/ behavioral skills, Experience)

1. Graduate with MBA / MCA2. 12-15 years experience , in execution, strategic and planning across3.
