Role - Territory Sales Manager - Individual Role

Location - Coimbatore

Industry - Medical (Only)

Responsibilities :

  • Delivers sales in line with targets in his/her territory for all products ranges.
  • Builds and manages trusting relationships with physicians, nurses/health technicians with a focus on long-term relations.
  • Creates a pre-fill plan using SMART objectives & effectively evaluates sales calls and documents post-call.
  • Combines product and therapy knowledge with relevant selling skills during sales call; sells by appropriate use of currently approved sales aids.
  • Effectively handles objections/concerns; consistently gains a logical, reasonable call to action/close on every sales call.
  • Continuously engages with appointed Distributors to increase market sales in the geography.
  • Negotiates with distributors on margins and creates wain-win situation for both.
  • Engage with distributor representatives and internal teams to provide support in liquidation of stocks.
