Job Description :

  • Lead and Manage independent testing team Complex stakeholder management including business program directors
  • Manage a wide range of service delivery and service assurance test programs in support of key initiatives
  • Partner with other test team managers to coordinate daily end to end test activities to ensure test commitments are met
  • Manage resources with other test team managers to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained in order to meet commitments
  • Drive delivery excellence in testing programs by tracking SLAs and report to the customer on a regular basis
  • Keep the Mindtree account manager up to date in a proactive fashion on customer issues and collaborate very closely with the delivery manager in finding resolutions
  • Define Build priority technology product service for Southwest specific testing offerings update on an ongoing basis to be in line with market needs and company strategy
  • Develop unique Southwest specific testing differentiators in line with customer needs and market landscape
  • Drive functionaltechnology domain expertise in defined focus areas from testing perspective
  • Develop commercially successful solutions and frameworks in the Southwest specific testing area
  • Develop Southwest specific third party product testing capabilities
  • Help innovate in existing test engagements and help implement as applicable latest innovations that are in place in other accounts
  • Operational Excellence
  • Achieve revenue targets by working with Southwest Account Manager
  • Provide Presales support for any testing opportunity
  • Manage Southwest specific testing solutions development
  • Interact with testing practice and delivery to ensure right solution development for customer
  • Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators KPIs around the testing performed within the team
  • Coach and develop direct reports through staff meeting providing training opportunities and documentation of performance reviews
  • Manage a continuous process improvement program within the team

  • Focus on building capabilities in Automation continuous improvement data analytics predictive modeling based on QA best practices
  • Drive tool and technology adoption for test management automation defect management initiatives
  • Build advance capabilities in travel and hospitality domain leveraging industry best practices and drive component solutions
