Job Description :
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Hyderabad, India, with an opportunity for onsite assignments in London, UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ServiceNow architecture and deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Discovery, and CMDB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions that address complex business needs, optimizing platform capabilities, and guiding development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design strategy for ServiceNow implementations.
Develop technical designs, data models, and workflows to support ServiceNow capabilities.
Present architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage the implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and other ServiceNow Modules.
Ensure CMDB accuracy using Discovery and Service Mapping techniques.
Create custom applications and automate workflows to meet business requirements.
Establish platform governance and best practices for consistent configurations.
Enhance platform performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies.
Serve as the technical liaison for clients, conducting requirement analysis and maintaining project plans.
Design complex integrations using REST, SOAP, and implement automation with Orchestration and Flow Designer.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
Experience : 8+ years in ServiceNow, with at least 3 years as an Architect.
Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow API.
Certifications (Preferred) : ServiceNow CSA, CIS (ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD), and CAD.
Soft Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
