What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for Region-specific Solar Sales Executives with a knack for closing deals and a passion for solar energy. If you’re ambitious, self-motivated, and focused on delivering results, we want to meet you
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for Leads : Identify and engage potential customers for residential and commercial solar projects.
- Close the Deal : Work your magic to convert leads into happy customers.
- Stay in the Loop : Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and support.
- Educate & Advocate : Explain the benefits of solar power to customers in a clear and compelling way.
- Team Player : Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to provide the best solutions to clients.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar Sales, preferably in residential and commercial solar.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on closures and customer satisfaction.
- A knack for communication and convincing skills that would make even the sun buy solar panels.
- Own a bike for travel (TA/DA provided, of course).
- Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change .
