Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities in the FMCG sector. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the FMCG sector
  • Manage a team of sales executives and provide them with guidance and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to track performance and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional and advertising campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or complaints
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities to the management
